Job Purpose

Responsible for the overall running of the housekeeping department with emphasis on maintaining he highest standard of cleanliness room presentation and maintenance to ensure that the hotel in all aspect maintain the 5-star rating that is currently achieved Maintain Hotel Policy and Procedures, Rules and Regulations. To uphold the company’s Vision, Mission and Values. To be available to be trained and developed according to the Company’s requirements.

Qualifications

  • Formal Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Matric certificate

A hospitality qualification would be an added advantage

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior Experience

Minimum:

  • 5 years’ work experience in a similar environment
  • Fidelio knowledge is an advantage
  • Financial knowledge is an added advantage computer literacy is essential
  • Special Training

Minimum:

  • Fidelio training will be provided.
