Job Purpose

To ensure that all guests’ requests are attended to and to handle all guest queries, VIP amenities and complaints, whilst maintaining Hotel policies and procedures, rules and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Formal Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Grade 12
  • A recognized PRISA Diploma/Communication Diploma

Minimum Requirements

  • Prior Experience

Minimum

  • At least 2 years’ experience in guest relations or similar
  • Experience in Hotel and Food& Beverage will be an added advantage

 

  • Special Training

Minimum

  • Computer literate in MS Office essential.
  • A foreign language will be an added advantage

Main Resposibilites

  • Establish and maintain good relations between Emperors and its target markets by promoting Gaming as entertainment to new and existing customers in order to increase revenue and enhance guest experience
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction & create a professional relationship with guests.
  •  Assist the Winners Circle department with guest functions.
  • Promote the Winners Circle (Customer Loyalty Programme) and its benefits to guests.
  • Assist with groups and complex promotions when required.
