Job Purpose
Repair and maintain the property and equipment to its original condition.

Qualifications
- Formal Qualifications
Minimum:
- Grade 12 or N3
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the hospitality maintenance field
- Minimum of 5 year’s experience as a maintenance manager
- Trade qualification

- Manage planned and preventative maintenance programs
- Manage maintenance inspections
- Implement systems to improve efficiency, service, and reliability on property.
- Project management
- Manage contractors
- Manage work done by external parties
- Manage departments budgets
