Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to the HR Business Partners across the full range of HR work as well as Consultative Human Resources Support Services in line with legislative requirements and Peermont overall Objectives and Strategy.
Qualifications
Grade 12
Relevant HR Degree / Diploma is essential
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years Relevant HR Administration Experience
- SAP system experience would be an added advantage
- Time & Attendance working knowledge required
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with external and internal clients
- Ability to complete multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible working hours may be required
Main Responsibilites
- Responsible for all functions relating to HR Processes, ie. Recruitment, Interviewing & Selection, IR, Remuneration, MIS (Reporting), Policies and Procedures, Communication and other value adding processes;
- Co-ordinate and maintain all aspects of HR Administration ie. Organograms, Letters of Appointments, Promotion Letters, Transfer Letters, Regret Letters and disciplinary, etc;
- Process Payroll related information regarding New Appointments, Terminations, Promotions, Transfers, Medical Aid changes, Study Advances etc.;
- Assist department Co-ordinators with all Kaba (Time & Attendance) related queries, ie. Timecards, Schedules, Reports etc.;
- Prepare internal ads, screening applications, and attending interviews;
- Act as an HR Representative in Disciplinary Enquiries;
- Assist Management and Employees with any HR related queries;
- Assist with HR Projects
