Job Purpose
The Group Surveillance & Security Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across all Surveillance and Security functions within the Group. The role safeguards gaming integrity, protects company assets, and ensures regulatory and internal‑control compliance across all properties. It governs Surveillance and Security frameworks, standards, and systems; oversees investigations, incident management, intelligence, and risk mitigation; and ensures consistent execution of regulatory, operational, and audit requirements across the Group. The position builds capability, drives performance, and maintains a secure, compliant, and resilient operating environment.
Qualifications
Grade 12 is essential
Relevant Qualification in Surveillance and Security
Minimum Requirements
- PSIRA Grade A
- Minimum 5 years’ Surveillance & Gaming Security experience within the Gaming & Hospitality Industry
- Knowledge of Gaming Board rules and regulatory compliance
- Competence in surveillance systems, investigations, and reporting
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Surveillance Systems)
- Ability to work shifts when required
Main Resposibilites
- Lead Group‑wide Surveillance and Security operations to protect gaming integrity, assets, and people.
- Oversee real‑time and retrospective monitoring, incident response, investigations, and evidence integrity.
- Enforce Gaming Board rules, Internal Control Procedures, access control standards, and restricted‑area governance.
- Direct Group incident escalation, reporting, audit readiness, and compliance submissions.
- Standardise surveillance systems, SOPs, emergency readiness, and operational controls across all properties.
- Manage intelligence, external‑agency coordination, and high‑risk interventions.
- Drive budget control, resource utilisation, workforce readiness, and operational discipline.
- Build capability across Surveillance and Security teams and support transformation objectives through targeted staffing, skills development, and compliant procurement practices.
