Job Purpose

To manage and audit the overall revenues of gaming operations to the required standards, and in compliance with applicable legislation.

 

Qualifications

Accounting Diploma or equivalent;

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years Gaming Financial Operations experience;
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years Casino Admin Management experience;
  • Gaming Accounting knowledge (specifically Slot Machine Accounting)
  • Gaming Systems knowledge
  • Financial Gaming Operations knowledge
  • Cash Handling
  • Extensive Knowledge of GB Rules and Regulations;
  • Be willing to travel as and when required.
  • Be able to work extended hours and over weekends and public holidays.
  • Will be required to obtain a Gaming Board License.

Main Resposibilites

  • Responsible to prepare monthly Gaming Revenue Reports and Consolidated Revenue Reports.
  • Prepare and balance Quarterly Gaming Statistical Information.
  • Review Cashier Variance Reconciliations.
  • Review Gaming Tip Reconciliations.
  • Verify Cashbook entries are processed on a daily basis.
  • Verify bank statement transactions are balanced to cashbook entries.
  • Follow up with Bank on over and short payments.
  • Update Gaming Systems User Matrix and obtain approval from CFO.
  • Verify metering problems are detected and reported.
  • Perform statistical analysis on Gaming Revenue Information.
