Job Purpose

To carry out Repairs and Maintenance activities within an area or specific discipline to the required Standards and in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 
• Qualified Trade Tested Electrician.

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years post apprenticeship experience is required.
• Experience in the Casino / Hotel industry will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.  

Main Resposibilites

1. Maintain the electrical reticulation to SANS code 10142.
2. Timeously complete planned preventative maintenance.
3. To carry out minor installation work.
4. Supervise contractors on site.
5. To attend to electrical breakdowns.
6. To set up temporary installations for banqueting.
7. Submit daily job cards.
